Core Comply was established to help improve workforce competency, safety, and operational standards across high-risk industries.

Founded by Brett Wilson, Core Comply is backed by over 18 years of hands-on industry experience across crane operations, rigging, drilling, supervision, Tier 1 construction projects, and specialised offshore drilling environments.

After years working in demanding operational roles, it became clear that much of the industry had shifted toward “tick and flick” training and assessment systems that focused more on paperwork than genuine workforce capability.

Core Comply was created to provide a more practical and operationally focused approach to competency assessment and workforce assurance.
